When you visit this page, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time and date of your visit, and the web page or ad that brought you here. This includes advertising identifiers and campaign details such as UTM parameters, Facebook click ID (fbclid), and cookie values set by Meta (for example _fbp and _fbc).

Submitting the form is a request to be contacted. It is not a contract, and it does not obligate you or us to anything.

3. Inspections, quotes and final price

We will contact you to confirm a time for your inspection. After inspecting your roof, we will give you a written quote and a proposed completion date. A quote is an estimate until you and we both sign a written agreement. Your final price is the price stated in that signed agreement, as it may be changed by written change orders that you approve.

4. Our money-back guarantees

This site describes three guarantees: (a) a 10-year leak-free guarantee, under which, if your roof leaks due to our workmanship, we will return within 48 hours and pay you $500; (b) an on-time completion guarantee, under which, if we miss the completion date in your agreement, we will subtract $250 from your final price for every day we are late; and (c) an on-time inspection guarantee, under which, if we arrive more than 10 minutes late to your initial inspection, we will pay you $100.

These guarantees apply to customers who book through us and are subject to the terms of your written agreement with us, which controls if it differs from the summary on this site. The leak-free guarantee does not cover any storm-related damage or any damage caused by work performed by another contractor. The details of how and when each guarantee is paid or credited, including how completion dates and appointment times are confirmed, are set out in your written agreement or appointment confirmation.
